Santini Restaurant - History

Established in London in 1984, Santini Restaurant continues to offer both international and local customers superb classical italian dishes with a strong Venetian accent. 

The original London Santini Restaurant was launched and lovingly run by Gino Santin.  Today the restaurant is overseen by his daughter Laura, who brings her own special touch to the business.  Santini branched out and opened the Edinburgh restaurant in the end of 2001.  Since opening, Santini Edinburgh has received numerous awards and accolades, a testament to the hard work and culinary expertise from the team at Santini. 

Today, Santini Restaurant in Edinburgh is just as spectacular as it was when it first opened with a dedicated team keeping the integrity of the dishes as light, fresh and delectable as ever.
